EZSAVER LEGAL INFO

On this page is information about the types of documents we prepare
as a Registered Legal Document Assistant and an estimate of the fees and costs.  Registered as a Legal Document Assistant in the County of Orange, we are able to prepare documents in the State of California.

Our process when you request the preparation of a Revocable Living Trust:

1.  Our LDA, Patricia De Santos, will consult with you over the phone, or online
      via Zoom.
2.  We will discuss your requests which will be confirmed in a required
LDA Contract of our services and agreed fees.
3.  For the Revocable Living Trust, we will send you a worksheet of questions
     regarding your wishes and beneficiaries.
4.  You will meet again with our LDA to go over your worksheet and go over any
questions you may have.  (The LDA is not an attorney and cannot give legal
advice, but can point you to places you can get answers.)
5.  Your Revocable Living Trust will be prepared and sent to you via email to
      review.
6.  If all is reviewed and confirmed your Revocable Living Trust, the Grant Deed,
and all the forms required for recording with the Orange County Recorder's
     office will be prepared.
7.  Your Revocable Living Trust and Grant Deed will need to be notarized.  The
LDA will assist you in the signing and getting your documents notarized.
8.  The Grant Deed and all the forms required for recording will be hand carried
to the Orange County Recorder's Office.
9.  Your completed Revocable Living Trust and the recorded Grant Deed will be
scanned and emailed to you, and the documents will also be put into a binder
for your safe keeping.  This will become a legal document for your estate.
10. You have now protected your family from the Probate process for your largest
      asset. . . . your home.

Our fee for a Revocable Living Trust starts at $399.00, for a single person with one property.  This will include: 1) the preparation of the Living Trust, 2) the preparation of the Grant Deed and other required recording documents,  3) assistance when signing and notarizing the documents, 4) and taking your Grant Deed to the Orange County Recorder's Office for recording.  (Other jurisdiction recording services are dependent on the location and distance of the recording office.)  Our service fees can be reduced with bundled services.  Our fees do not include the cost of the notary services or the recording fees but we will provide you with an estimate when we discuss your needs.

We also prepare many other legal documents such as:

 -  Advanced Heathcare Directive (comprehensive)
 -  Financial Power of Attorney
 -  Your Will
 -  Affidavit of Death of Joint Tenant,
 -  Changes or corrections in the Title to your property,
 -  Quit Claim Deeds
 -  Set Aside of convictions
 -  Simple skip tracing searches
 -  and more...

Our fees depend on the complexity of the service and the county of jurisdiction.

Nevertheless, we offer a special on the preparation of the Personal Estate Documents Bundle, which includes:

1.  The Revocable Living Trust
2.  The Advanced Healthcare Directive
3.  The Financial Power of Attorney

For one person with one property our special Estate Documents Bundle is $499.00, regularly $697.00.  We also offer discounts for other Estate or Legal Documents Bundles.  (Not including the costs of notary services or filing or recording fees.)
